This is a standard style sweatshirt released for the
first movie. The same design is on the front
in the pocket position.

Hot Property designed a large amount of shirts and other items which were sold via a catalogue that was included with the Capstone IBM PC & compatibles video game. The items for sale included:

original movie poster artwork. We found this one at a Hot Topic store.

CHARACTERS
T-SHIRTS FOR KIDS (1990-1991)
Bill: Ted, I believe we are most heinously lost!
Ted: We must remain most calm, Bill!
Headhunter dude behind tree: What strange dudes!
This series of shirts were made available through Kids 'R Us stores around the country and featured the animated Bill & Ted characters in various situations. The only sad thing is these shirts were apparently only made available in kids' sizes.
This t-shirt was shown on Entertainment Tonight as part of a story about
tie-in products for Bill & Ted. It's unclear if the shirt was ever put
into mass production or not.
BOGUS JOURNEY RELATED T-SHIRTS (1991)
This promotional t-shirt was released to radio DJ's to emphasize the music
from the Bogus Journey soundtrack.
This is the standard Bogus Journey promotional t-shirt.
This pattern was printed on the back of the above shirt to
promote the Bogus Journey / Butterfingers tie-in.
Promotional baseball cap make for the release of Bogus Journey.

This series of slogan t-shirts was never produced for the major markets. They were made as
prototypes but never put into production. The few which existed were
sold exclusively through the official fan club only.
UNIVERSAL HALLOWEEN
HORROR NIGHTS CLOTHING (1992)
This is the shirt put out by Universal Studios in 1992 to promote
their Bill and Ted Halloween Show. The artwork has altered the usual
Bill and Ted phone booth pose to include classic Universal movie
monsters peeking out, while the back includes a variety of
Bill & Ted's catch phrases.
This baseball cap was also made available for sale at the 1992 Universal
Studios Halloween Horror Nights to promote the Bill & Ted wild west show.
The excellent ~J dude sent in these photos of the 2001 Halloween Horror Nights Bill & Ted t-shirt, although he says
they don't seem to have been selling any new shirts for the last few
years! Bogus!!!
