In Response To: non-soundtrack music question... (Jill)

To the best of my knowledge it's just a typical auto-rhythm beat, it doesn't sound like a variation of a Beethoven song to me (if anyone knows differently fill us in! This is a good question, I hadn't thought of it before!). I believe what's happening in that scene is Beethoven is realizing he can feel the vibrations of the music through the machine and is enjoying how it plays itself (remember, there was no recorded music in his day, except perhaps music boxes!). Beethoven was apparently already deaf during Excellent Adventure so he has to "feel" the music as opposed to hearing it. Party On!
