The joke of that segment is that Bill and Ted know each other so well that when they play twenty questions Bill can guess what Ted's thinking of in *one guess*! (Either that or Ted is *always* a tank). The thing that always makes me laugh in that segment is the fact that when Bill asks Ted if he's a mineral (and yes, a tank would be under mineral since it's made of metal) Ted has to *think about it* before saying yeah. Gotta love him, but Ted's not the brightest bulb in the box! ;) Hope this helped explain this most puzzling segment for you! Party On!
