Question?

hi all- Its been bugging me and I'm sure one of you can answer my question! In Bogus Journey when Bill and Ted are falling down that "totally deep hole" and they decide to play 20 questions Bill asks Ted "are you a mineral?" and Ted says "ya" and Bill says "are you a tank?" or something like that, and ted is, i guess. Am i the only one who doesn't get that? what in the world does that mean???
