KEANU PLAYING IN CHARITY HOCKEY GAME

Hey B&T people,

Hopefully you can attend and I thought some of you might want to know that Keanu will be playing in a charity ice hockey game to support "SCORE".

NHL vs. Hollywood

SCORE'S 3rd Annual Celebrity Hockey Game
Sunday, August 17, 2003 4:30 - 7:30 pm
Health Sound Arena, El Segundo

SCORE aims to assist young people who have been injured while participating in sporting events or atheletic recreation.

SCORE endeavors to improve the quality of life for people with a spinal cord injury, assisting with substantial out-of-pocket costs associated with obtaining the best medical care, home amenities and transportation.

The end goal is to facilitate rehabilitation and independant living.

SCORE is also dedicated to finding a cure for paralysis and allocates a
substantial portion of its funds to emerging researchers pursuing innovative
SCI research.

SCORE acts as a seed funder for researchers whose research is at an early
stage and thus may not be eligible for many federal and state grants.
