I am from Phoenix and am almost positive that the waterpark is the Sunsplash in Mesa. I have been on waterslides just like the ones Napoleon goes on and recognized the surroundings. A lot of the film looks like the Scottsdale area too. Anybody know if the Ziggy-Piggy scene was filmed at Farrell's? It sure looks like it to me! I'd love more info on the locations if anyone knows more. Where was the jail, their neighborhood, etc.?
