who is Joan of Arc?

Hey, I just watched B&T on Comedy Central and I can't help feeling that the girl who played Joan of Arc is Jane Weidlin from the GoGos. She looks so much like her, and we never actually get to hear her speak, so I didn't hear her trademark squeaky voice! Anyone know for sure?
