Terry Finn has worked as both an actress and artist in the movie industry as well as performing on Broadway.  She played the role of Gussie in the Broadway hit Merrily We Roll Along in 1981 and after a somewhat laborious search by fellow cast members she also appeared in a special musical reunion of the show's original cast in 2002.

On screen she has appeared in the films Super Mario Bros., Terminal Velocity, Rainbow and Den of Lions.  On television she had parts in Trial By Jury, Seeds of Tragedy and The Disappearance of Nora.

Terry Finn also worked as an art department production assistant on the film Cold Dog Soup.

According to a personal quote on IMDb, Keanu Reeves was the first person to call her "ma'am."  "We were rehearsing a scene together during the filming of Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey and it was quite a shock. I thought I was distinctly a Broadway Baby newly arrived in Hollywood from New York City.  I don't quite imagine I'll ever get over it."

Terry last appeared on screen in the 2008 film Days of Wrath.
