Unless Esquire is his LAST name and Preston is a middle name? Many men seem to have lots of middle names.

OH! I just thought of something!!! I bet it's Bill S. Preston-Esquire. Like 2 last names. I know many woman keep their maiden name these days and add their husband's name on with a hypen. Maybe guys do it too somehow???
