Actually it's not a made up word! Nebuchadnezzar was the name of a Babylonian king, but another definition is "a very large wine bottle holding the equivalent of 20 bottles of wine, used for decoration" which better fits the word game they are playing at the time. Alex and Keanu used to play this verbal game where they would get on a particular theme and try to "top" each others' words, which is why Alex says "You win, dude!" after the exchange. :)
