Every year the internet cartoon HomestarRunner.com has a Halloween special featuring all of the characters in costume, usually as personalities from the eighties and nineties. This year Bubs dressed as "One of the Three Most Important People in the World" from Bill and Ted! If you click on Bubs at the end, Strong Bad makes fun of him for having a costume no one will recognise.
