Hey dude the headless ones are called Steinberger Guitars, they're pretty sweet cause insted of a head stock on top the tuning pegs are below the bridge, pretty excellent since it makes em smaller and more lightweight. I have one and i gotta tell ya its awesome i totally recommend getting one!!!

As for the rest, the two guitars used by Future Bill&Ted at the end of the movie are both made by Gibson so if you want one just describe either one to Gibson and they can make you one. The other ones that you can see briefly in the first movie i'm not so sure about but they're probably Gibson too.
