I don't know if this is truly about Bill and Ted but in the movie Without a Paddle (with Seth Green, Matthew Lillard and Dax Shepard)after the main characters go down some rapids in a canoe it turns out that the guy who said that he had been a river guide really wasn't. When asked where he learned how to go down rapids he replied "San Dimas". I think he might have meant the water park from the town that Bill and Ted live in, but I'm not sure.
