Two Great Ones in Popular Science!

It's in their time-travel article, on the timeline. Here's what it says, for those who don't get the magazine:

1989: Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure--Time travel yields excellent term paper for stoner kids. Time machine looks like a phone booth and it works, George Carlin tells the boys, by "modern technology."

Accompanied with a nice picture of Bill and Ted in the phone booth - looks like Billy and So-crates are behind them.
