Answers to your questions:

1) Hadn't really thought about it, I must admit, but it's not a bad idea!

2) I think it's just the DVD makers being cute and artistic. No one's ever reported any Easter eggs on either movie DVD; not to say there aren't any just if there are no one's found them yet.

3) I can't give you an accurate estimate on the possible worth of your comic books . . . if you check auction sites like eBay you can see what they might be going for. And Slave Labor will be putting out the reprints fairly soon, although those will be in black and white.

Can't wait to see the phone booth you're putting together! Sounds most excellent!!
