That would by Zyggy's Ice Cream Parlor where they serve the Zyggy Pyggy (someone please correct my spelling if I'm totally wrong here). There is no Zyggy's in real life, but the parlor was based on Farrell's Ice Cream parlors which were very popular at one time. They used to sell a huge ice cream creation called the trough and indeed they would make a big hoopla and give you a badge if you could finish. Hope this helps!
