Sorry, but we can't e-mail sound or video files to fans individually. I'm not sure how to solve the problem of the "save" . . . as I said some fans don't seem to have any problem while others can't save them at all. If you have the capability you might want to try another computer with a different operating system. And as I said, if any fans here can offer any suggestions please do!
