You could also see if you're so lucky to have a little shop in your town that makes t-shirt or whatever for you!
I was walking down the street here I live one day, and I noticed this old private store that presses t-shirts just the way you want them. *Nods* I'm most definately bringing in a B&T pic or something like that and let the shop make a tee out of it.
