That's just some back of the head humor from Ed and Chris, meaning it doesn't really have much meaning. It's just when playing charades they come in during the middle of the game and the regular players are guessing and Death comes out with this very ridiculous movie title (the prequel to Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid made after that original classic). Apparently everyone thinks the guess is silly, plus he's somewhat interrupting the game, not having been an original player. Then the answer being Smokey and the Bandit III, Smokey is the Bandit is just silliness, a goofy movie title (a real movie, though, the third of the Smokey and the Bandit series!) that one has to wonder how such historical personages even know such a movie! Pure silliness. Oddly enough the scene originally was supposed to entail a game in which the Stations spin on their heads. I guess the charades idea was substituted at the last minute. :) Party On!
