ok this is really bugging me-someone help!

you know in the second bill and ted movie when rufus is giving a history lesson and all those people come out of the phone box and there's that crazy looking lady who invented something with a long and silly name....what was that invention called?! i cant remember and its really bugging me!-somebody please help!

its a something something oxy something, thats all i remember..... oh grr

would most appreciate some help dudes and babes, party on!
