Unfortunately these edited scenes have never seen the light of day to the best of my knowledge. They're certainly not circulating anywhere in the fan video trading market. For a rundown of the missing and/or edited scenes from both movies check out the photo gallery section under both films for "Missing Scene Photos." I plan to do more extensive write ups of these scenes for this site (hopefully soon!) so keep checking back for more info. Whether or not these scenes still exist or will ever show up on DVD is hard to say, but one can hope! Party On!
