Cute-as-a-button celebrity couple Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe have a new addition to their growing family: a baby boy, born on Thursday in Los Angeles. The new arrival,

named Deacon,

joins older sister Ava, now four years old. No other details were released besides the baby's name, though according to Witherspoon's rep both mother and son are doing well. Phillippe, 29, and Witherspoon, 27, were married back in 1999, after appearing together in the Dangerous Liaisons update Cruel Intentions. Witherspoon will next be seen in Mira Nair's Vanity Fair (which she filmed while pregnant), while Phillippe has the film adaptation of Steve Martin's Picasso at the Lapin Agile waiting in the wings.--Prepared by IMDb staff
