Does anyone know what House Track Samples Dialogue from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure

Hi,this may be a long shot, but around 1993 a House (dance music) track came out (from England I think) that sampled dialogue from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, namely:

"Eventually your music will help put an end to war and poverty, it will align the planets, bring them into universal harmony, allowing meaningful contact with all forms of life"

After this speech it breaks into a steady, happy xylophone sounding lead line, and then the same male vocal sample from the film saying, "..excellent to dance to..", and what sounds like a girl laughing - both of which continue to be repeated, as does the initial film speech.
This continues until an abrupt, massive reverberating guitar rock breakdown, then picks up again with the guitar lead combining with the xylophone. Following this a pumping gated organ sound comes in as it picks up in intensity, and finally towards the end it breaks into a completely different pulsing, electro bassline.

Would anyone by any chance know the name of this record? It was played by a number of house DJs, most notably Sasha (English).
