One of these days I'm going to put up a "How to" on making the costumes for both B&T movies. Bill's shirts in both Bogus Journey and Excellent Adventure are just plain flannel shirts. When I needed to find these I just haunted thrift shops (i.e. Salvation Army, Goodwill, etc.) until I found something that was close enough in style and color. Since they'll often be tied around "Bill's" waist most of the time it isn't too important to match the pattern exactly. Good luck with your search and party on!!
