Wow, that's good you at least know *someone* there. But yeah, it can be hard to make a big move away from all your friends. I moved many many times when I was a kid so it was like second nature to me, you know, pick up and move on to someplace else. It's got its good side and bad side: no long term friendships (a few that survive the long distance but not many) but lots of new friendships and lots of neat experiences in different places. Let us know if the sale goes through, it must have you on pins and needles not knowing for sure if it'll happen or not! Hang in there!
