Good thinking, Ted! I assume they meant Cardiff in England (not Cardiff by Sea here in California). If so, amazon has copies of the DVD in Region 2 format for sale. Since it's a totally legal venue selling the official DVD, I can give you a link right below, so check it out if you're not comfortable buying from eBay or other sources! Amazon's pretty good, I've had luck buying from them so far (knock on wood!) Party on!
