I think VERSATILE is the word for it. I was just talking to Scott yesterday about Keanu and he agreed that he is totally amazing. He was saying that people thought he couldn't act and then the Matrix came along and then they were kissing his butt. Being a keanu fan and all, I ALWAYS thought he was just the best, so I never did that. But yeah, I saw the Watcher about a year ago and it rocked, he was so dark and tormented and sexy and GORGEOUS in that. I think my favourite line was "She loves me; she's decomposing" (I know, it's sick, right?) But he WAS sick, and that dance thing, I didn't get that, but I suppose it had to do with the fact that he wasn't compltely sane. And at the end, when he got all his face all burned off I cried!
