can i get a little help here?

hi guys, there's this girl who i reeeaaaaaaaaaally like (yes, i'm bi) and i met her a while back on a german exchange trip. we got on really well but onfortunately she fell for my b**** pretty friend with perfect posture because she's been doin gymnastics since she was a foetus (haha) and i was shunted to one sid. my friend (name of monica) dumped her over an email about three weeks after we got back to england claiming to me that she was "not into the whole 'girls' scene" when i asked about it because mandy (being the gorgeous girl i am in love with) was really upset. i went to see mandy the day after she came to england (me and my exchange partner met up with her and her exchange partner) and she told me that she loved me and she realised that she was a fool to go for monica blah and etc, we pulled (yay!) and were kinda together but not for a few DAYS untill she saw monica again and, well, realised she still fancies monica. so i asked her and she told me that she loves us both but thinks that for various reasons that we should just be friends and basically i am dumped, shunted aside for monica. again. im having a leaving party for the german exchanges on thursday and im going to talk to mandy there and stuff but its so horrible, i can hardly look her in the eye anymore and i miss her company so much. what the hell am i supposed to do?!!!!!!!!??
sorry for pouring out my boring life into a message thingy but i thought maybe you wonderful people can help me
