It's tough working with people who disregard your input. Usually it's the people who have the need to run things who do so, and if it's a case of them not really having good ideas they won't go far. Keep your cool and be patient . . . half of the purpose of courses like this is learning to deal with such situations, and in life this will definitely happen. If you let people like that get to you, it will only drive you up the wall. You're above that and you *do* listen to others and that trait will be appreciated down the line so hang in there! Hope it goes better in the next class!
