Actually, Haggis is the heart, lungs, and liver of the sheep chopped up with onions and oatmeal and other seasonings. Then it is stuffed into the animal's stomach and boiled. If you think about it, it is a delicacy. And delicacies are usually considered really gross until you try them. I wouldn't mind trying it.

I know all about Scotland, and I love it! I have a strong blood line from there. But my Grandmother is also English. Kinda ironic how my English grandmother married into a family with strong scottish heritage.

Actually, I've been to England before. It was cool. But Scotland has the best hero of all, Sir William Wallace. I'm just babbling too much about that now. I could go on forever about him, I know so much. I should stop now.
